WordPress v3.9.2
Event Espresso v3.1.36.5.P with ticketing add-on
iPad iOS v7.02
Event Espresso HD app v1.6.4
We’ve got 1208 attendees in the system, when I scan a ticket using the iPad app it declines: says the person is already checked-in. But I hit “details” and it shows me 3 purchased, 0 redeemed.
Then I immediately do a search by name for that registration and the record shows 3 purchased, 1 redeemed. If I try a manual check-in from that screen (not a ticket scan) the pop-up says “Check-In Failed! Adding of date checked-in failed!” yet the system now shows the attendee has 3 purchased, 2 redeemed. If I go to manual check-out and try to check-out 2 tickets, I get the pop-up saying “adding of date checked-out failed” yet the system attendee record now shows 3 purchased, 1 redeemed. And I absolutely cannot get that last ticket to check-out so it’s back to 0 redeemed.
So I can’t get a single person checked-in by scanning their eTicket.
And I can’t accurately check-in anyone manually either.
Can you check the version number of the JSON API plugin that’s installed and also let us know if there are any caching plugins installed on the site?
