My clients can log into the EE4 app on IOS just fine. When they go to an event and tap on attendees the site logs them out with a credentials mismatch error.

Android is working as expected.

Hi there,

If you install the WP REST API log plugin on the site.

Make sure logging is enabled in Settings -> REST API Log

Then get the above error to throw, what does the request/response show in the logs?

I checked the logs using the credentials you added in your other thread and the above isn’t for the attendee list, it’s actually for the event listing (/ee/v4.8.36/events).

However, on checking, there are no requests making it to the site for the attendee list (/ee/v4.8.36/registrations) when using iOS so I suspect the server is booking the request before it even starts to be processed within WordPress.

I can’t confirm if that’s the case but your host should be able to do so for you so I recommend opening a ticket with them and have them investigate this further. It could be a securi rule blocking the request or something else they have on the server.

What would they need to unblock?

I can’t answer that as I don’t know if they are indeed blocking anything which is why I recommend contacting them to confirm.

However, I tested this yesterday when checking and could reproduce it on your site. Today when I do the same test using the same device, the attendee list is loading fine for me, does it now work for you?

According to the user it is still the same for them.

Wait, just discovered this is the sucuri firewall blocking this path: /wp-json/ee/v4.8.36/registrations?

Then I recommend contacting your host to have them investigate this further, as far as I can tell, at least some of the requests aren’t making it to the site. My guess is that either securi or your host are blocking the request.

When testing this previously the request wasn’t making it through at all, the REST API log didn’t show anything for the attended list request. Currently, it’s working for me but I’ve not done anything different, which suggests server side.
