I’m having a problem on my site with people using iPads and iPhones and trying to register for a second event after successfully completing registration for the first one.
It gets as far as entering personal information and then gives an error saying:
An error has occurred:
First Name: This field is required
Last Name: This field is required
Email Address: This field is required
Cell Phone Number: This field is required
WordPress and all themes and plugins are updated.
Theme is Stockholm

Thank you for the details.
This is actually not limited to iOS devices, if I emulate any mobile device using Chrome and try to register onto your events I get the same error within Chrome – http://take.ms/oXN9V
Do you have any plugins that target mobile devices specifically? It looks like something is altering the request for mobile devices and its usually either a plugin or your host running caching for those devices.

It turns out it was the caching… so I turned it off and it worked just fine! Thanks so much!
