iOs Mobile App Error "Bad Syntax"

iPhone Mobile App reporting a Error, stating “The request (to view upcoming events) cannot be fulfilled due to bad syntax.”
How can this be resolved?

Hi,

This error has been reported once before:

In the original topic, they mentioned that they updated their web hosting to use a newer version of PHP and found that fixed the issue.

Can you reach out to your web host to see if they can update to PHP 7?
