When trying to download the PDF version of an Invoice or an Order Confirmation, the downloaded file returns blank pages. I can view the order confirmation but am unable to download it.
A whitescreen on the PDF’s usually means there’s some Invalid HTML within the template, DOMPDF (the library we use to convert HTML to PDF) is MUSH less forgiving with invalid HTML when compared to your browser.
Have you edited the Invoice/Receipt templates at all?
Can you link me to either an event I can register on to view the Invoice/Receipts on, or link me directly to a a test registrations Invoice so I can view that?
