Invoice print causes 403 warning

Users are getting the following warning when they try to print an invoice.

Warning: getimagesize(http://www.taom.org/assoc/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/taomLogoeaderSize.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /home2/jds/public_html/taom.org/assoc/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/libraries/shortcodes/EE_Transaction_Shortcodes.lib.php on line 340
