Invoice PDF Blank When Downloaded

Hi –

As the title says, when I go to download an attendee invoice or receipt, the files download blank. I see all the info when I click the “view invoice” button, but when I download the PDF, it’s a white page.

Any advice?

Hi Dave,

Are you using PHP8? If so you’ll need to switch to PHP7 as the library we are currently using is not compatible with PHP8.

If not, then can you link me to an invoice for a test registration? Or an event I can register onto to view one.
