Invoice Generated But From Where?

Hello,

We’re running EE3 premium on our site. An invoice is being generated after payment (screenshot attached in link) and we can’t figure out where it comes from. Gone through all EE settings / options & templates however can’t source this.

We’re using Paypal as payment gateway but it doesn’t look like Paypal invoice.

It has link at button that ties into EE + Website so we figured it must be part of EE but need some guidance where to locate. The issue with it is that the company address is incorrect and we need to update it. I have confirmed that our address details in EE > Global Configurations is correct.

Hi Andreo,

That can be set within the Invoice payment settings.

Go to Event Espresso -> Payment Settings.

Find ‘Invoice Payment Settings’ there, does that show the incorrect details there?

We currently have Paypal Standard and Paypal Pro enabled.

Activate the invoice option and check the settings, if they need updating do so, then deactivate.

The invoice template uses the invoice payment settings even when its not active as a payment method option.
