Invoice for Key Reset

I work for a University and must have a receipt for all purchases. There are no billing invoices in my account login.

We had our key reset and I need a $10 receipt.

I have tried several other contact points including twitter. Please advise.

Hi Meaghan,

I sent a paid invoice with the purchase and the license reset. Did you not get my email? Also, did you need 2 separate invoices?

Hi Jonathan, No, I have received nothing. The last invoice/receipt we received was for $179 for a charge on Dec. 12. There is a $10 charge from Dec. 19 that we have no documentation for.

I am not receiving anything. What address are you sending the pdf to? There’s nothing in my junk/spam/trash either.
