We are using EE4, and have Infusionsoft Payments activated, and we have also activated Invoicing and ticked for BackEnd/Admin only. However every time we update the page, it reverts back to having both boxes ticked, public and admin.
In the video, after you’ve hit the Update button, there’s a message at the top of the page that says there were validation errors in the form. It may be one of the URL fields later down the form has an invalid URL, and the page should have some red text next to the specific field explaining why the field did not validate. After those are corrected you should be able to update the form and the settings stick.
