Dear EE, when users register for my events, the email confirmation they receive incorrectly states my organisation’s address as 123 Onna Road PO Box 123 Inna City, Arizona United States 12345.
I have checked in the EE settings, and my organisation address is correctly added in General Settings / Your Organisation.

Hi Richard,
The invoice payment method has its own address in Event Espresso –> Payment Methods –> Invoice.
Be sure to save changes after the address is updated through that screen.

Thanks Lorenzo, but this address is appearing on the confirmation email people receive when paying by PayPal. I don’t see how this is linked to the ‘invoice’ setting, which relates to people paying by invoice?

Hi Richard,
That sample address is from the General Settings –> Your organization page and you shared that has already been updated.
Could you confirm that the address is up to date for each of your projects that is using Event Espresso?

Yes, the address in General Settings is correct in the two organisations for whom I am using the plugin (The Lutyens Trust and The Kensington Society)
But when someone registers for an event, the invoice / receipt they are sent gives the address as the 123 Onna Road default.
