Invalid License Key (3)

Hello I believe I need a new license key because the one we have is not working. this has happened a few times now, and I’m not sure why they randomly stop working. The one we have in our account says it’s not being used on any website but when I try to enter it into our website, we get an error message saying the key is not valid. Can you please help with this? thank you
