If I upload this manually using FTP, I receive this error every single time. (Tried it four times, including twice last night.) If I upload it via WordPress, the upload limit prevents me from finishing the upload. (That’s a PHP.ini thing but it’s still frustrating.)
Anyone have any idea why I’d be experiencing a 500 error when I upload this via FTP? Any and all insight would be lovely.
Is it a 500 error that occurs while uploading, or when you try to activate the plugin after uploading it. Typically a 500 error results when the server is exceeding its memory usage limit, or there is code that’s being executed that throw a PHP error. Deactivating other plugins may help, and here’s a link to the troubleshooting documentation that includes some information on how to set WP_Debug to on that may help pinpoint the issue: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-event-espresso/#wsod
