"Internal Error Server" when searching for a registration

Hello, when I try and search for registrations, I get this error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@domain.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How can I fix this so I can use the registration search feature.

Thanks.

Hi,

Can you check your server’s PHP error log to find the error that was logged when the registration search was requested?

The only errors I see in error_log are:

Invalid IP Address: HTTP/1.1

An error 500 would normally mean a fatal error is thrown and that error should be logged on your server, but apparently, it’s not.

You can try adding this snippet:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug

To your site’s wp-config.php file in place of where it has define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

The re-trigger the error and check in /wp-content/debug.log and see if the error was logged there.
