Integration to InfusionSoft Not Working

This is our second time using Event Espresso for a same event we first used it for several months ago. At that time we had InfusionSoft integrated using a tag ID and it worked just fine.

This time, it’s not working. Nothing is kicking in on the InfusionSoft side. We have double checked the API on the payment method, updated the Merchant ID, everything appears to be integrated correctly. There is no contact generated or updated, the product is not being created or anything.

Neeed to launch site asap if anyone can help.

Hi there,

I can recommend first to find out which version of cURL is installed on the server, if you’re not sure you can install the WordPress Health Check plugin then go to WP Dashboard > Health Check > PHP Information.

If you find there that cURL support is enabled can you get the version number please?

Also it will help to rule out any potential plugin/theme conflicts. Can you test the integration with only the default theme activated along with EE4 core and the Infusionsoft add-on activated only?
