I need some help integrating Gravity Forms with EE. There is very little info to be found on how to do this. I’m trying to set up a music performance festival for students. Teachers will be the primary registrants. They need to be able to register multiple students for multiple events.

Unfortunately I don’t think the EE form builder is robust enough to create the necessary forms. Specifically there seems to be no way to reorder questions inside the question groups themselves or use conditional logic.

My question is can Gravity Forms fields be mapped to EE form fields?

Any help would be appreciated (including paid developer consultation) to get me started in the right direction.

Hi Mike,

Questions can be re-ordered by dragging and dropping -or- numbering. The same is true for the question groups.

Here’s a direct download link for a user-submitted conditional question plugin

Please note that this is a community supported add-on, we don’t offer support for this via the support forums. Here’s a link to the old forums where Andrew outlined how he set it up:

As far as Gravity Forms integration goes, it’s something the dev team has discussed, and we might take this on in the future, but right now all development resources are going into finishing Event Espresso 3.2.
