Hi, |

Hi Cederic, Can you please let us know which page you want to access which is causing the issue? Also, if you want you can use this plugin to adjust the user role permission: |
Hi, Kind regards, |
Please check the Roles and Capabilities that your Event Administrator has. Refer to this article. Let us know what you found. Thanks |
I looked into the documentation. |
Hmm strange! So just to confirm, were you editing the Role when adding the capabilities above, or editing the users capabilities? Add this code to the site: https://gist.github.com/Pebblo/cabaf25a14bcd1fc82cf71f1e408e693 Add that to a custom functions plugin: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-site-specific-plugin-wordpress-site/ Then past the out for the above user’s account when they get the access error message here in a private reply, please. |

Sure, send the details over using this form and I’ll take a look: |

Just to note, as far as I know: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” Is not a string within WordPress core, so this is some code running within another plugin or the theme that is running on one of EE routes and looking for a specific capability (probably The code I gave you above also confirms this as its hooking into when WordPress core outputs the message and here nothing is output. |
