Instructions for EE Attendee Batch Import Tool Add-on v0.1

I downloaded the zip file and only saw two files in the zip without any instructions. I Placed the import file in main directory of EE plugin folder. Nothing work, I tried different ways. Help me out to make it work with minimal installation instructions 🙂

It is a plugin, please install it like normal.
