About a week ago I installed the free version, but then deleted it because my client wanted to use another product. Long story short, it didn’t work out so I installed the free version of Event Espresso again and went through the set up process. The events did not display on the Registration Page and it looked like the page URLs added a 2 to these new pages that I had to manually create. Now, I’ve purchased the full version of Event Espresso and it looks like the pages is says should be automatically installed didn’t install, so I think I’m going to run into the same issue with the events not displaying on the registration page. It doesn’t look like the new install overwrote the previous installations of the free version and some of that info is causing a conflict???? Please advise. Thank you!

The original pages may be in the trash, I’d check there first and restore these from the trash. |
|
Are the pages that were automatically created by the free version published (not in the trash)? |

I did trash them when I thought we were not going to use Event Espresso Lite. But, yes, they did install originally on that first install, but unfortunately I trashed them. |

I was able to restore those original pages from the trash. That’s cool, didn’t know they were still there. But, the events I listed in the “Events Overview” section are still not displaying. Should they display on the Registration page? I listed the events using the free version, before I upgraded. Would that make a difference? |
Michelle, Make sure that those pages are setup correctly now that you have restored them. Also, are any events showing on the page? Or, is it only events that were created before upgrading? |

I doubled checked the pages and it looks like all of the short codes are there, but I still have a blank Registration page. I tried adding a new event, but still not showing. The WordPress theme I’m using is called Risen, from Theme Forest. I could send you some screen shots if necessary? |
How about giving us the url to the site? We’ll take a look and go from there. 🙂 |

Thanks. The URL is http://shantalign.com I have the Events Registration Page under the Calendar navigation drop down. |
Okay. I am looking now. |

Hi there, I noticed that you have the risen theme installed. Can you update to the latest version of this theme? The author has fixed some of the problems that were breaking other plugins: |

Thanks so much for your help. I’ll try doing the update again. I was having problems with the Envato Toolkit and it wasn’t allowing the automatic update. |
Michelle, We just got your email. Can you update first and see if this resolves the issue? If not, then we will take a look. |

|
Sure thing. Thanks so much! |
|
Yes, the update of Risen has corrected the problem. Thank you. I have a question regarding how the price is listed on the registration page, but I’ll post it in a new request. Thanks again. |
Thank you for letting us know! |
