1. API Addon Availability:
I would like to know if there is an API addon available for Event Espresso 5. If so, how can I obtain it, and are there any specific steps required for installation and configuration?
2. Available API Routes:
I am interested in understanding the available routes and functionalities provided by the Event Espresso 5 REST API. Could you please provide information on the available endpoints and any relevant documentation or resources?

No add-on needed, its built into core and extends the WP REST API.
If you go here:

You’ll find some /ee/ endpoints listed, the latest version of the EE REST API is /ee/v4.8.36/
