Hi Eric,

The input fields are there, but the WordPress theme is setting them as transparent fields on a black background. So they are basically invisible. I stumbled upon them by clicking around:

Activating a themeroller theme in Event Espresso>Template settings may fix this, or you could add something like this to your theme’s style sheet -or- use the my custom CSS plugin plugin to add this:

  background: #fff;}
