Hi!
I was wondering if there was a way to give a Infusionsoft tag, depending on the ticket they purchased, not just by the event they are registering for.
The reason I ask is because we have different ticket types and prices for our audience, and would like to have the communication and fulfillment of the event, that takes place in Infusionsfot, be tailored by the tag they received from Event Espresso.
Do we have a work around for this, or are there plans for this in the EE4 roadmap by any chance?

Hi Freddys,
I’m pretty sure this is already possible because Event Espresso sends a product to Infusionsoft for each ticket type you set up. You can go to your Infusionsoft account > E-Commerce > Actions > and set up an Apply Tag Action for the specific product. You can verify the above with Infusionsoft to see if anything else is needed to make that happen.

Unfortunately, INFST is the least reliable with creating automation from products (self admittedly from INFST), which is why we went with this feature of EE4:

That picture illustrates what I’m looking for, but on a per ticket basis.
Maybe this can be a feature for a future release? 😉
