Infusionsoft Multiple Registration Not Showing Payment for All

Hello!

We recently added the multiple function to our app. We just had a company register 4 people for event. All 4 showed up in Infusionsoft and they all show orders but only one shows a payment.

How do I fix this?

Hi Aaron,

I’m not sure what you’re expecting to be fixed here. If there was one transaction where one payment was made (regardless of the number of tickets they bought) why should there be four payments?

It is only charging for one contact. Not all of them.

Is it only showing the amount for one ticket, instead of the amount for all four tickets? Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
