We are using EE4 and the Infusionsoft Integration, with the Infusionsoft Merchant payment gateway as part of the integration, and also we have the PromoCode Add-on.
We provide a promocode for a sponsor’s clients to come for free and we use the promocode to discount the value to $0 when they register.
When a Paid Order comes into Infusionsoft for the event it applies a tag to the contact record that triggers the confirmation email and also ensures they do not get the reminder emails about payment.
What we are finding is that when the order from EE is created in Infusionsoft using the promocode to make it $0, it does not treat the order as paid.
Is there any way that this can be correct, or explain why the EE4 Infusiosnoft Integration does not push this through as a normal paid order. As it does not then meet the requirements to trigger actions within Infusionsoft.

Quite likely the reason it’s not marked paid is because technically there was no payment, as in no money was exchanged. I can open a ticket and assign to Seth for feedback to see if there’s any way this can be changed.
They’ve made some additions to the Infusionsoft plugin so it now sends a $0.00 payment amount if there’s an 100% discount used. The changes were included in the Infusionsoft 2.2.2.p release.
