Hi, I purchased Event Espresso back in May and at the time there was another plugin for InfusionSoft Integration I downloaded. I’m currently re-installing EE on another site, and can’t see to find the update InfusionSoft integration plugin file in my Account area.
Can you please let me know where I find this file.
The Infusionsoft add-on was in pre-release (public beta) back in May when you downloaded it the first time. That add-on has now been formally released and has been added to the Developer license and available for purchase al la carte. You will need to purchase access to the Infusionsoft Add-on to receive access to the updated version. After purchase it will appear as another downloadable file.
Thanks for the reply, That’s disaapointing as at the time I purchased it I understood that IS integration was part of the Business Licence I purchased. So not sure why I’m having to now pay. Using IS was always key part of how I was going to use EE and the main reason I went with EE. I feel the update should be provide, especially as I contributed a reasonable amount to the features that have been added, as you’d see by my past tickets.
Also, was the issue of pushing the ticket value in EE mapped to a product in IS ever put in the updated plugin? As previously, when an order came into IS from EE, you had to go in an manually adjust the order in IS to make the product item in the order match an actual product in IS?
I’d would respectfully request an exception be made on needing to pay for the IS plugin add-on for EE in my case.

I can’t speak to the changes in the IS add-on, so I’ll ask someone else to help us there.
