Hi, We are using infusionsoft_tag_id custom field to apply a tag and start follow up automations in infusionsoft. It was working fine but today for some reason even when a payment is abandoned it applies that tag. Which means reminders and automations go out to people who have not even registered. Has something changed in the last update? |

Wow, I’m so glad I saw this post. If it stays this way, anybody who abandons the cart would still be get that Infusionsoft tag and would be a mistake in the system. How do we get this addressed so only approved registrations end up getting the specified Infusionsoft tag? |
You can change the default behavior so it only tags after payment is complete by adding the code from the snippet library to your site: You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress theme’s functions.php file. |

Hi Josh, The code snippet seems to be working for me atleast for the time being and for my initial testing. Tags do not apply when registration is abandoned and apply when completed. I hope this time, it stays this way. Thanks for your help. |
