Hi im trying to do what Josh outlined in this topic https://eventespresso.com/topic/indicate-event-is-full-on-calendar/
but cant get it to work where exactly do i put $events[ $cntr ][‘className’] .= ‘ event-sold-out’; I tried to put it here which im sure is wrong
$events[ $cntr ][‘className’] .= ‘ event-sold-out’; $events[ $cntr ][‘tooltip’] .= ‘<div class=”sold-out-dv”>’ . __(‘Sold Out’, ‘event_espresso’) . ‘</div>’;
the css i used was #espresso_calendar .event-sold-out { background-color:red !important; }
your help would be appreciated

Hi Thomas,
That example is for Event Espresso 3. We no longer recommend editing the plugin directly as any customizations would be lost on a software update.
We do have a feature request for the events calendar for Event Espresso 4 so I’ve added additional feedback there as I do think that this would be helpful.
