Increased number in recently Failed Registrations

Hi EE. I’ve gotten a couple of users saying they had trouble recently registering, and out of 931 successful registrations, we’ve had only 11 Failed transactions and they have all occurred in the last week.

I researched trying to figure out more info about Failed on your forums, but I’m not really coming up with anything from those.

Is there anyway to get more information regarding these Failed transactions? Would it be possible for you to have a look and see if you notice anything?

Hi there,

We often have users using the wrong terms (in regards to within EE) so can you please clarify what you mean by a ‘Failed Transaction’ please?

Maybe include a screenshot of the 11 you see listed? (blur/blank any person info from the screenshot if preferred)
