Incorrect Number of Registrants

Hello,

The event overview screen is displaying an incorrect number of paid registrants for all of our events. A few events have 0 registrants when we have verified paid participants. The problem started when we recently changed all of our events to require personal information when registering additional attendees. But that is an option we need from registrants. Is there a fix for this? We are currently using Version 3.1.23.P Thanks in advance.

It might help to update to the latest version of Event Espresso, but it’s likely an issue with the instant payment notification not reaching the web site. Please see this section of the documentation: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-event-espresso/#gateways
