inconsistency in time on registration

I am having a problem similar to the one reported here:

I have set my time-zone correctly (PDT/Los Angeles, GMT-7) in the general settings. And the individual registrations have the correct time listed. However, when I review the REPORTS, it’s telling me I have registrations for “tomorrow” — and it’s clearly 7 hours ahead of where I am, using GMT/UTC.

I don’t see anywhere other than the main settings page where I can select the time.

I’m not sure if this is a bug or if this is still something funny in the settings. But it will wreak havoc on my reports, especially since I have price break points set at midnight over the course of the year.

There’s an open ticket to address this issue, I’ll update this thread when the fix is included in a release.

Update:

The fix for the issue you reported here was included in Event Espresso 4.8.32.p, which was released today.
