Incomplete Registrations and Failed Transacitions

Can someone share what the difference is and what happens to these records? Are they deleted after some time? Do they impact ticket availability to end user?

Hi there,

Can someone share what the difference is and what happens to these records?

The difference between Incomplete registrations and Pending Payment registrations?

Incomplete registrations have no ‘contact’ assigned to them, as in the user selected tickets but then did not continue through with the registration so no details could be assigned to it. Every registration must have a transaction and so Incomplete registrations start with failed transactions.

Pending Payment (or other stati) registrations have ‘contact’ details assigned to them.

Are they deleted after some time?

Yes.

Do they impact ticket availability to end user?

No.
