Incomplete Registrations

Hi,

Can you help us check why we’ve been having more Incompletes than usual? People are saying that they get an “Incomplete” status after they submit their payments even when they have entered the correct info.

We’ve called NMI and MeritCard (our payment gateway) and they said there weren’t any issues on their end. So we’re thinking this might be something we missed here on EE. What’s also weird is we’re getting one or two completes on some event registrations. Please advise, this has been going on for two days now.

Hi Mohammed,

We do not have an NMI payment gateway. Was that something that your team created?

Also, what version of Event Espresso are you currently using for your project?
