Hi Bruno, Can you try this? After you land on the Thank You page and it says incomplete, if you wait approximately 30 seconds, then refresh the page, does the status change? |

Hi there Bruno, Are you using any security/firewalls plugins such as Bad Behavior? These can block the IPN message to your site and this would cause the incomplete message to appear. — |

Did you check the IPN error log in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/logs as well? |

Hi Bruno, This is the error in all of the recent transaction log items:
Can you start a support ticket with your host and pass this information on to them? A 403 status code generally occurs as a result of a misconfiguration on the server side. They may ask you to try it first with all other WP plugins deactivated just in case there’s a plugin in the mix that’s breaking things. |
