Is it possible and how to request a login and password using an API following the payment confirmation and include those in the email confirmation / ticket?

Which API? Username and password for where?

WHat you are trying to do is likely possible, however, emails are not considered secure and that’s one of the reasons WP core stopped including passwords within the user notification emails, so I don’t recommend you include those details in any emails.
