I’m using the People Admin add-on to assign an instructor to each class. I’d like to include the instructor’s name and email address in the registrant’s confirmation email. I understand that I can create a separate custom Registration Approved message for each instructor but there’s a chance for human error there since I’ll have to remember to select the correct custom message for each event. I just wanted to see if there is a more automated way to include this info.

Hi there,
I checked into this and there isn’t another method for this currently, we don’t have any shortcodes you can use to pull in details of a specific ‘person’ assigned to an event at this time.
As it stands you will need to use custom message templates with those values hardcoded.
