My site has a homepage which displays recent posts. I’d like events I’ve created with Event Espresso 4 and categorized as homepage to appear in that list. How can I get them to appear? The category list I see when I create an event seems not to be the same category list as for a post, which I suppose is because the events are a special post type. I feel sure this is possible. Can you help?

Hi there,
This sounds like something that would need to be customized in the specific WordPress theme that you are using, because the theme will have a specific query to pull posts for the homepage. Is there a place where we can download a copy of your WordPress theme?

The theme I’m using is the free version of Travelify by Colorlib.

Thanks for the link. To make this possible, you can add some code to a functions file on your site. Here’s the example code:

You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress child theme’s functions.php file.
