Include Event Date in Invoices

We have the latest EE4.

Hoping there is a way we can include the event date in the invoice description (we would not wish to do this by changing the ticket name).

Hi Joe,

We don’t currently have a way to output this within the Invoice ‘cleanly’, the event date can be a little complicated depending on your setup.

Events don’t have a specific date, they have datetimes within them and then tickets are assigned to the datetimes, so a specific event date could be any one of the datetimes assigned to the ticket purchased. You may only have one DateTime and/or one ticket within your event, but not everyone will.

I’ll see if anyone else on the team can think of a way to pull this into the invoice and let you know.

Hoping there might be a way to perhaps, as a kinda work-around, list all attendee names of the invoice?

Currently, the only place your can list your attendees within the invoice is right below each ticket link item, like this:

The way you do that is to add the [ATTENDEE_LIST] shortcode within the [TICKET_LIST] section:

Then in the ATTENDEE_LIST section add something like:
