Is there a way round the query below? The “Invoice Display Settings” and “Invoice Gateway Settings” don’t seem to address it. Thanks.
“The Espresso invoice does not include the Firm name or the full address, and is sometimes rejected by a Firm’s accounts dept, so I have to re-do. Is there a way of getting it to include all the fields?”
There is. First, it looks like your registration form is capturing the address fields. So those should be included in the invoice already. Please note that if the registrant leaves the address fields blank, then the Invoice cannot include the full address. In other words, you may need to go in and edit the Address field questions so they’re required instead of optional.
Then, to add the “Firm name (or ‘N/A’)” field to the Invoice, you go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, then click the Edit link next to Invoice.
This will open the Invoice editor, where you can add: [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Firm name (or 'N/A')] to the contents of the Invoice template.
