Inaccurate Registration Count

On my site I have people that are buying tickets for themselves, and sometimes an extra person, or multiple extra people. All of this is fine, except for when I view the registrations. It only shows the primary registrant in the list. It does not show the “additional” people they registered.

Yes, when I view the primary registrant information, I can see the additional people they registered, but, this does not help when I’m looking at how many registrants I have in list view.

Even in the export, I am only seeing the primary registrant. Why is this built like that? It doesn’t make sense. If someone buys two tickets to something, fills out the information for themselves, and the second person, why wouldn’t I see two additional people registered?

Am I missing a setting, or something?

Please advise?

You should see two registrations listed in the CSV report if someone bought 2 tickets. Can you post a link to the event page so we can investigate further?
