Hey,

I am trying to use the importer to add some attendees’ infos from CSV. I can get to the importer page, select the event, and when I hit continue WordPress tells me it went into a critical error. It says it will send an email with more infos but I have never received any of it.

What would be causing it?

Thank you.

Hi there,

I’ve just tested the importer and didn’t run into any issues, so we’ll need to narrow this down a little.

Do you know what PHP version your server is running?

You can find it in Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information

Search for php_version on that page.

Hi Tony,

Thank you, I did find that my version of PHP was too old. I updated it and now it works!

Awesome, may I ask which version of PHP you were running?
