Import Events Problem

I tried to import a csv of my events using your template that was provided. I did see the comments about the apostrophe fix and didn’t have that issue. After uploading the events.csv file, it says upload file has been deleted. Added a total of 84 events to the database, but there aren’t any in the event overview. I also had my IT department look at the database and he didn’t see any entries either. Can you tell me what I need to do to have them show up on my site?

Hi,

I sent you a PM with the email address where you can send a copy of you’re events.csv file. We will have to do some testing with it to narrow down the problem.

Hey Sidney, I couldn’t find the email address of where to send you the file. I replied to the message but I haven’t received anything since. Where can I send you the file?

Hi there,

I received the events.csv that you sent and successfully imported the events onto a test install, so it may not be an issue with the csv file.

When you are viewing the events in the event overview, is anything entered into the Live Search Filter?

Also, in the current version of Event Espresso there is a new feature that makes it possible to only retrieve a select number of events from the database. It defaults to 50 events, so if you have more that 50 events, you can set a higher limit or set it to view all events. After you set it to a higher number (or all), you can click the retrieve button and the event overview will reload the events from database.
