In the Event description we want to include the code:
<iframe src="//player.vimeo.com/video/108420189?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0&autoplay=1&loop=1" width="500" height="281" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe>
But as soon as the Event is saved, this code is erased and only blank lines remain where it was. This code works when added to a Page and a normal Post… just not in the event post.

WordPress Version:
4.1
PHP Version:
5.4.16
MySQL Version:
5.5.40
Event Espresso Version:
4.6.4.p

Hi Peter, try this solution:

http://wpsnipp.com/index.php/functions-php/iframe-shortcode-for-posts-and-pages/

Thanks

Thank you Lorenzo. I didn’t use the one you suggested but I did search for, and found, another highly used shortcode based plugin… thank you for pointing me in the right direction. AWESOME SUPPORT!
