I’m getting complaints from customers that they are being charged shipping, I had been unable to duplicate, but was only using chrome. I then tried IE and saw the shipping charge show up.

I have “Paypal Calculates Shipping” to no and “Shipping Address Options” set to do not prompt.

Hi James,

Do you have shipping rates set up within your PayPal account?

I’m betting we do, and I’ve sent an email to the person that controls that aspect. But we hadn’t changed anything, and it looks like it’s only hitting IE users.

Hi James,

Is this only happening on a specific event?

I just ran a test registration using Chrome and IE, when redirected to PayPal no shipping charges were included.
