ID number for question in Registration form is missing

I can see where to change the number ID for each form in the you version 4.6.2
Anybody can help finding a solution to this issue?

Never mind, it can be set at Group question.

Could you rephrase your question?

Are you wanting to change the sort order of the questions within a question group or sort the question groups?
