EE4 doesn’t officially support recurring events at this time, the setup you have currently can work, but EE may not be able to output the details as you are requesting.
What you can do is enabled the datetime filter for the ticket selector.
Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates.
At the bottom of the setting page you’ll find the option ‘Show Date & Time Filter?’, set that to ‘Maybe show date & time filter’
Then set ‘Date & Time Filter Threshold’ option to 3.
What that will do is enabled a filter at the top of the ticket list were you users can set the datetime they want to see the tickets for.
I guess that will work for now. I guess I just purchased the wrong version of EE. I really liked the other page set-up and hope you will find a way to include it in updates or future versions.

You can also switch your license to use EE3 if you prefer, however, note that all our development time currently goes to EE4 and we will eventually phase out EE3 so unless its critical I’d recommend using EE4.
