Please help me disable EE on this subdomain: 2024.manchestersummerchambermusic.org. That is just an archive and we will not be needing EE there anymore. I want to keep our paid EE oon the current website: manchestersummerchambermusic.org.

I could not find a way to do this even after searching for 15 mintues or so. I also removed the license key on the subdomain but I stil get the error message on the main domain.

I do not want to remove the plugin because I hope to keep the data from last year’s season on the subdomain. Thank you.

Hi there,

We dont have the option to remove sites on your account on the front end, so this isn’t something you can do yourself currently.

On your subsite remove the license key and save with an empty field.

I’ve reset your key, it will automatically reassign to your live site the next time it checks for updates or you can for it to do to by going to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key (cut) and save with an empty field.

Replace the key (paste) and save once more.
