As I have continuous classes being offered through out the year, I want to delete old class dates in my Dashboard so I don’t have so many building up there. Is there any way to delete or archive these event datetimes from my Dashboard?

Hi, could you let us know the version of Event Espresso that you are using?
You can find this information in WP-admin –> Plugins. Then locate Event Espresso and you’ll see a version number.

Currently, there are some safeguards in place to prevent loss of data when removing information from Event Espresso 4.
You can move an event to the trash and it will be moved from the main events overview screen to the trash.
If you try to permanently delete that event, then you’ll see a lock. This is because there is information currently associated with this event.
You would need to first delete any payments for this event through the transactions screen, then permanently delete the registrations, and then you could delete the event.
We are exploring ways on making this process easier but we have to be careful not to allow data loss.
