HI
i wan to creat all my event as a free event i setup Ticket price to 0, when i Register form Back end e.g http://prntscr.com/a4n1sf
and i add personal info and click on Proceed to finalize Registration it again send me back to this is page http://prntscr.com/a4n1sf

Hey there,
Can you check that your critical pages are set up correctly? You can do this in Event Espresso > General Settings, under the Critical Pages tab. Make sure all of those pages have green “Page Status OK Shortcode OK” text. If there is red text you will need to correct those pages and make sure they have the correct shortcodes on them.

Other issues are
2- I want to remove Ticket Price and QTY too e.g http://prntscr.com/a4ncu5
i dont want to use css and hide that Block, is there any other way
3- when i fill the form and click finalize the Registration i saw this Empty popup e.g http://prntscr.com/a4nee5

Hi there,
The issues you are seeing are likely because of this error:
http://maxbroockbirmingham.net/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
This means that Event Espresso can’t send an AJAX response to wp-admin. Do you have a plugin or a script set up on the page that’s blocking the wp-admin from the front end of the website?
Re: this screenshot. You currently have the tickets per order set to allow up to 10. If you change the Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event: setting to 1, the info will automatically disappear.

Hi sir,
Thanks for reply yes there was a one plugin create that problem now event is working but i am still seeing Empty Yellow Border POP up and behind that there is loading image icon.
Can i want this when user click on finalize button we send them to Thank you page without showing popup+ Ajax loading image

Hi Value Code,
That should go away if you can try changing to another WordPress theme, at least temporarily to check if the theme is causing that empty pop up.

Hi there,
The empty pop up appears to be from the WordPress theme.
The Show Calendar button isn’t something that Event Espresso adds. Did you code that up yourself?

Those messages are kind of important. For example, if someone doesn’t fill out all of the form fields, they’ll see a message that tells them to finish filling out the form.
Can you contact the theme author to see if they can fix the theme? If not, we may be able to the fix the theme. Can the theme be downloaded from somewhere?

No I did not, these things can take time to sort out. I can suggest using a different theme if this is something you need done right away. Or like I mentioned earlier, the theme Author will know their theme better than we do, and may be able to fix their theme more quickly.

I can see why that may be the case. It looks like some custom code was added to the theme’s header.php file, starting on line 91. You can remove the code that was added starting on 91 and ending on line 99 and it will fix your issue.

Did you happen to make any customizations to the Event Espresso plugin? The reason I ask is because “Please fill all fields!” is not a text string included anywhere in the plugin.

Your server may be running out of memory and adding a plugin like Backup Buddy may have put the server past its memory limit. Can you try bumping up the amount of memory available to WordPress?

Did you read my last reply? You’ll find that any plugin that uses some amount of memory might put the server over its limit.

That’s the PHP memory limit, but your WordPress installation may likely not be allowed to use the full 256mb. You can set the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT constant to a higher value by following the instructions in the codex:
