i used the token and submitted but it thinks i have not. doing so again.

events pages do not show up.

Hi Susan,

We received your support token form but I see that the FTP information wasn’t included. We’ll do what we can with what you sent, but we may need that FTP information. Can you resend the form and complete all the form fields?

is the topic public?

I tried updating jquery libraries via a plugin. I can disable it if necessary.

this is the error in the console:

I went ahead and made the ftp password the same as the wp login password.
Same login name *redacted*

Hi Susan,

It appears the problem is caused by the theme. Here’s the event page previewing the twentyfifteen theme:

I can try guess to fill in the FTP information that we don’t have, but if you can resend the form with the complete FTP information we can get this fixed more quickly.

i gave you the ftp login
the pw is the same as the wp password
if your support wasnt public this

I am so sorry for my frustration. The form is extremely frustrating. You can’t tab to the next field, it brings you to the bottom of the form.
It’s unfair to keep paid support issues PUBLIC.

The forums are also paid support, however, priority support tokens will generally be answered via email but we also keep the thread updated.

Now that we have the credentials we can investigate this and will email you directly shortly.
