i used the token and submitted but it thinks i have not. doing so again. events pages do not show up. |
Hi Susan, We received your support token form but I see that the FTP information wasn’t included. We’ll do what we can with what you sent, but we may need that FTP information. Can you resend the form and complete all the form fields? |

is the topic public? I tried updating jquery libraries via a plugin. I can disable it if necessary. this is the error in the console: Um, sorry, I just did required fields. I see these erros in console if it helps: redacted – Event Espresso support team – LOC |

I went ahead and made the ftp password the same as the wp login password.

Hi Susan, It appears the problem is caused by the theme. Here’s the event page previewing the twentyfifteen theme: *redacted* I can try guess to fill in the FTP information that we don’t have, but if you can resend the form with the complete FTP information we can get this fixed more quickly. |

I am so sorry for my frustration. The form is extremely frustrating. You can’t tab to the next field, it brings you to the bottom of the form. |

I’m sorry, but I’m not sure what that is in response to? I have received the form with all of the details and I’m currently investigating the cause, I will contact you shortly once I know what is happening. |
