that feature i whant is when u scan a ticket, put that time of the ticket was scanner in attender informacion…that is for second ticket copy i whant that feature to show that camara in the sametime that ticket was scanner to that real person who buy that ticket i then they can say i know that person who take a copy of my ticket….i and spanish guy i try to explain that…thanks

Joel,

I’m still a little confused with the request. Can you write this out in Spanish? We have a member on our team who is fluent in Spanish so he’ll help us understand it.

ohhh ok thanks garth…..(Spanish) ok lo que me gustaria para la proxima version es el tiempo exacto que se chekio el ticket en el evento es importante para mi por que tengo dos duenos de discoteka aqui en mi pueblo, eso es para uno chekear la camara que tienen al frente de la puerta de chekeo eso por una segunda copia asi yo le pondria la camara a la persona que le robaron el ticket y le ensenamo al mismo tiempo que se chekio el ticket para k reconosca al personaje que copio su ticket.. bueno simple es y es muy util ponga ese feature que apareska el tiempo que se chekio el ticket donde parese la informacion de usuario donde parese informacion de pago es por seguridad y para fraude con los tickets….y otro mas importante pero muy importante es asignar solo un evento a cada miembro…no quiero que le pareska todos los eventos a un miembro de eventos que pueda kitar chekear ticket y deschekear tickets de los otros evento que no es de ese personaje es por seguridad…asignar cada uno de los evento a cada miebron este feature es para mobile app…..espero que me alga entendido….gracias

ok what i want is this to be exactly… so when the ticket is scanned for each ticket to show the time they was scanned and to show up in my system why? because sometimes theirs scams and frauds and i if it ever happens to have control am doing this because the tickets am printing out are for a big event so me and my team want control over it for future problems if they ever happen

Hi Joel,

I’ve noted your request in our new feature tracker. The Event Espresso app will keep track of the number of times a ticket is scanned and will not accept a ticket that has been duplicated if it’s only good for one registration. I can also suggest requiring that the ticket holders present a valid ID to help reduce fraud.
